The Academy includes five learning courses that familiarize you with the system step by step. The most important course is “Settings: Prompt & Knowledge Base,” because this is where you determine how well your AI agent will respond later on. As a partner, you’re responsible for setting it up correctly. Take 1–2 days to learn the material at your own pace and set up the system properly. Our learning platform guides you through the process—simply, securely, and professionally.
